Please note that live plants may have specific return conditions due to their nature. Plants must be in healthy condition upon return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

  • Perishable goods (unless damaged or defective)
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Digital products or downloadable content

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Before returning an item, please contact us via email or phone to initiate the return process. We'll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.

Step 2: Package Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include the return authorization number and proof of purchase.

Step 3: Ship the Return

Send the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.

Step 4: Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you are returning an item due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item when contacting us, as this will help us process your claim more quickly.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us and we will investigate.
